ME FIRST — REDISCOVER YOURSELF
September – November 2026
I say what I feel, I know who I am • Communication without limits • A woman’s productivity
Goal: To reconnect with yourself, your needs, your values and your voice.
Result: “I know who I am and what I want, and I stop living up to other people’s expectations.”
STAGE 2:
COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS — BOUNDARIES, COURAGE AND FREEDOM
December 2026 – February 2027
Relationships, crisis, independence • Negotiation and assertiveness • Leadership and team
Goal: To learn how to build healthy relationships, set boundaries and stop taking responsibility for everyone.
Result: “I can communicate my needs, set boundaries and build relationships based on respect.”
STAGE 3:
MONEY — SECURITY AND INDEPENDENCE
March – May 2027
Money and financial independence • Selling with values • Business strategy
Goal: To build a sense of financial security and learn to earn in a way that is true to you.
Result: “I understand my numbers, I know my worth and I know how to earn more without guilt.”
STAGE 4:
BUSINESS — MY STRATEGY, INFLUENCE, SALES AND A NEW BEGINNING
June – August 2027
Working for yourself — the reality vs. the fantasy • Digital business • Closing and a new beginning
Goal: To turn your knowledge, experience and skills into a way of working that gives you more freedom.
Result: “I have an action plan, an earning model and the courage to build life on my own terms.”
